A man comes home to find his wife in bed with another man. Classic scenario right? Only this time the lover decides to escape in spectacular fashion, amid crowds cheering and laughing from below.
Although barns have changed a whole lot in the last couple decades as far as building materials and design go, prior to this barns had been built with your standard truss framing since the mid 19th century. And throughout all this time, the structures would typically be painted red with white trim without much differentiation. Ever wonder why that would be?
The simple answer is that, like most other things, it comes down to cost: red paint has always been cheaper than the other colours. But that’s where things become less simple and way more neato-gang.
Sydney has had a difficult time keeping oversized trucks from entering tunnels that have been recently constructed. They’ve set up two separate automated flashing signs to tell these drivers to stop leading up to the tunnels, but yet they were still encountering 2 or 3 incidents per month. So they teamed up with a company called LaserVision to design and build a stop sign that would be practically impossible for a truck driver to miss.
The final product is pretty awesome and is sure to do the trick.

Below is a video made my NASA Science which shows yesterdays unusually large moon impact by a meteorite, which by the way ‘only’ measured less than half a metre across. Despite the seemingly diminutive stature of this meteorite, it was estimated to have created a crater 20m wide, struck the surface with the equivalent force of 4 tons of TNT, and created a flash that could be seen by the naked eye here on Earth.

By now, if you’re a fan of sportscentre in the morning, you’ve no doubt heard that our beloved Jay & Dan are leaving TSN. In fact the news is 2 weeks old…guess this has been sitting in the ‘draft’ bin here at wtfeed for a while. In any case these two characters who have changed the way we watch sports highlights in the morning are on to bigger and better things in the sports world – Hollywood.
Jay & Dan created a nationwide following by injecting the day-to-day sports highlights with their unique style of comedy, helping make TSN the most watched sports news program along the way.
“Every single day I went into work at TSN, I knew I was going to have fun. It’s a unique and rare work environment that I never took for granted. Ah, the good ol’ days…smoking was a “luxury” everyone could afford, racism was thriving, and women knew where their place was! How we could have moved on from that great era, I’ll never know. But I guess if these brand names ever wanted to make some cash money in today’s world, they would have had to move on with the times and mind their P’s and Q’s. After all, you can’t lure the masses (especially hard-nose women who may not get the joke) if they can’t bear your advertisements!
